So it’s been one week since my college exhibition, and I’m not going to lie I am still buzzing from it.
The Exhibition went well the room was crowded with visitors, the booths looked amazing and all students were happy with their setups.
It was my time to shine, to showcase what producing a body of work can feel like – and I loved it!
My booth and table went together so much better than I could have hoped for and with help from my biggest supporter (My fantastic husband!), we created a display that showcased each piece of work perfectly.
I had 3 collections that totalled 17 pieces of work available for sale, an A3 Display folder of additional works produced, a journal used for notations, ideas, general practice work and lastly, a small watercolour sketchbook I had taken out for plein-air work.
The day was amazing and I am delighted to say that I sold 4 pieces on the day, and another 2 since then.
The day was a success, and a fantastic celebration to the end of the year’s study.
Congratulations! The art looks amazing, and what a fun celebration!
